This prestigious institution was established in the year 2013 by the Sri Shridevi Charitable Trust. The institute aims to provide excellent education and training in the medical field to produce highly skilled and competent medical professionals who can serve the society and contribute to the development of healthcare in India. NEET, candidates must be Indian nationals or Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs). They must have attained an age of 17 years on or before December 31 of the year in which the examination is being conducted. The upper age limit for NEET is 25 years, with a relaxation of 5 years for reserved category candidates. Candidates must have qualified their class 12 board exams or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in physics, chemistry, and biology, taken together and for SC/ST/OBC candidates, the minimum percentage requirement is 45%. All aspiring medical students who wish to secure admission to SIMSRC must appear for the NEET examination. NEET is conducted each year in the month of May.
