Rama Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) is one of the premier medical colleges in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. The college was established in the year 2008 by the Rama Group of Institutions. RMCH is affiliated with Dr B R Ambedkar University, Agra, U.P.Lucknow and is approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI)   The college also offers several postgraduate courses, including MD/MS in Anaesthesiology, Radiodiagnosis, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Psychiatry, Dermatology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology, Community Medicine, and Microbiology, among others. RMCH campus is spread over 100 acres of land and offers state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities, including well-equipped classrooms, advanced laboratories, a well-stocked library, seminar halls, a spacious auditorium, and residential facilities for students and staff The NEET-UG exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the Dental Council of India (DCI). The exam is usually conducted once a year, typically in the month of May  To be eligible to appear for NEET-UG, a candidate must have completed their 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects and have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in these subjects (40% for reserved category candidates) RMCH offers an undergraduate course in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) that is of 4.5 years duration, followed by a one-year compulsory rotatory internship.
