The college was established in the year 2019 and is affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University. PSPMCHRI is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and offers an undergraduate program in medicine (MBBS) The college has modern infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories, dissection halls, and research facilities.
