PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (PSGIMSR) is a private medical college located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. It was established in the year 1985 by PSG & Sons' Charities Trust. PSGIMSR is affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, and is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the National Medical Commission (NMC)  The college has state-of-the-art infrastructure and highly experienced faculty members. PSGIMSR's teaching hospital, PSG Hospitals, is a 700-bed multi-specialty hospital equipped with all the modern and advanced medical facilities. PSGIMSR also has various departments such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, pharmacology, forensic medicine  admission to the MBBS program at PSGIMSR, candidates need to appear for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The NEET is a common entrance test conducted for admission to medical courses in various colleges across India.
