It was established in 2003 by Bollineni Krishnaiah Charitable Trust and is affiliated to Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences. It is approved by the Indian Nursing Council and the Karnataka Nursing Council. It has a campus area of 8.25 acres and a hostel facility for both boys and girls.
